Jahake agrees to provide household appliance repair services in accordance with industry standards and professional practices. All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine that repair is not economically viable or technically possible.

Upon receiving your appliance, we will conduct a diagnostic assessment to identify the issue. A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be communicated to you in advance. This fee may be waived or credited toward the final repair cost if you proceed with the recommended repairs.
We will provide a detailed estimate of repair costs, including parts and labor, before commencing any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on unforeseen complications discovered during the repair process.
If additional repairs are required beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You have the right to decline additional repairs, though this may affect the functionality of your appliance. Any additional costs will be clearly communicated and require your explicit consent.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or when ordering special parts.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the appliance, including its history, previous repairs, and any known issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect our ability to properly diagnose and repair your appliance.
For on-site repairs, you must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear and accessible. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to our technician's arrival.
Repaired appliances must be collected within 30 days of notification of completion. Storage fees may apply for appliances not collected within this timeframe. Jahake is not responsible for appliances abandoned beyond 90 days, which may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the repair work performed but does not extend to new issues unrelated to our service or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by part and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information for all parts installed. Warranty claims for parts must be processed according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or failure to follow manufacturer's instructions. The warranty is void if repairs are attempted by unauthorized persons after our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jahake's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects not discoverable through reasonable inspection, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability does not extend to the value of the appliance itself beyond the cost of repairs performed.
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For repairs in progress, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and parts ordered.
Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only in cases where we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service. Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable. Deposits for parts may be refundable if the parts have not been ordered or can be returned to the supplier.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your contact information, service history, and payment details are stored securely and used solely for service provision, communication, and business operations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Jahake reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
